1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. KikiBall reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts will be banned without warning.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Fair Play

  • Picks must be genuine. Exploiting bugs, using bots, or colluding with other users for unfair advantage is prohibited.
  • Power cards must be used as intended. Any misuse resulting from technical errors must be reported immediately.
  • Admins may reverse results, revoke points, or ban accounts if fair play violations are detected.

4. Wallet, Top-Ups & Withdrawals

  • Wallet top-ups are processed by Paystack. KikiBall does not store your card details.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 working days.
  • KikiBall reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals where fraud, abuse, or pick manipulation is suspected.
  • Units (Life Wires, game tokens) are non-refundable once used in a game round.

5. Picks & Results

  • Picks lock at the deadline shown for each fixture. Late picks are not accepted.
  • Results are posted by administrators. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours via Fan Chat.
  • In the event of a fixture postponement or cancellation, affected picks will be voided and points returned.

6. Badges & Power Cards

Badges and power cards are non-transferable and have no cash value. They can be revoked by administrators in cases of fair play violations.

7. Content & Conduct

You must not post abusive, offensive, or misleading content in the Fan Chat or any public area of the platform. Violations may result in account suspension.

8. Termination

KikiBall may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting an administrator.

9. Limitation of Liability

KikiBall is a skill-based prediction game. We do not guarantee winnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KikiBall is not liable for any losses arising from game participation, technical issues, or third-party payment failures.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
