  • Usage data: Game picks, league activity, pick history, power card usage, wallet transactions.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, FCM push token for notifications.
  • Referral data: Referral codes used at registration; the identity of who referred you.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To operate your account, display picks, and calculate league standings.
  • To process wallet top-ups and withdrawals via Paystack.
  • To send in-app and push notifications about your game results, badges, and activity.
  • To detect fraud, enforce fair play, and manage disputes.
  • To improve platform features and analyse aggregate usage patterns.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Paystack — for payment processing. Their privacy policy applies.
  • Firebase (Google) — for push notification delivery only.
  • Law enforcement — if required by law or to prevent harm.

4. Pick Transparency

KikiBall is a transparency-first platform. Your weekly picks, results, and league standings are visible to other logged-in players. This is a core feature of the game. Your email, phone number, and wallet balance are never shown to other players.

5. Data Retention

Your account and pick history are retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Wallet transaction records are retained for 7 years for regulatory compliance.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies for login management only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

  • Access a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate data via your Settings page.
  • Request deletion of your account.
  • Object to certain types of data processing.
